Chong Lard Pier, located on the west coast of Koh Yao Yai, is accessible primarily via speedboat from Phuket Bang Rong Pier. Speed Boats leave from Krabi Nopparat Thara Pier taking roughly 30 minutes.

From Railay East Pier also has speed boat transfer services to Koh Yai Yai and Koh Yao noi. Speed Boat transfer from Phi Phi Tonsai Pier to Chong Lard Pier has various times.

It is a 25-30 minute drive from the island's main village, reachable by taxi, songthaew. Motorbike rentals are also available for independent travel to the pier and around Koh Yao Yai.

The Longtail trips departing from these Chong Lard Pier are quite short as they don’t take more than 2 hours of your time.
